      VAST XXT 支持在RDS關節式探頭座上實現高精度掃描。
      產品總覽

      當關節式探頭座的靈活性與掃描能力相結合時，眾多測量應用可從中獲益。VAST XXT 是這種測量任務的理想選擇。
      與觸發式探頭相比，VAST XXT 提高了測量操作的安全性和精確性。另外增加了掃描功能，因此能夠提供有關特征的形狀信息。

      與關節式探頭座結合使用的輕型掃描探頭設計需要不同的探頭模塊。VAST XXT只有三個模塊，但是它能夠完全覆蓋針對這種探頭設計的典型測針長度范圍。該探頭可支持長達65mm的橫向測針，同時支持固定安裝。
